
These muffins are a new favorite in our home! I typically make them plain, but have also added some homemade dark chocolate chips to them for a fun, chocolatey twist. They make a nice snack during the day or side for breakfast.

Yummy!!!! My family loved these!!! I added the chocolate chips and after making 12 muffins there wasn’t much batter left so instead of making 2 or 3 more I decided to make waffles. We had waffles for breakfast so the waffle maker was still out so it was quick an easy and they came out perfect!!!! Now I have breakfast for tomorrow (all mine :-)))
